I work in Digital Solutions, Data & AI at TOUCH Community Services — bridging IT, software development, data analytics and AI. My belief is simple: good technology should lighten the load for those doing the most important work in our communities.
Who I am
I'm Winfield — a tech generalist working in Digital Solutions, Data & AI at TOUCH Community Services in Singapore. My work spans a broad range: from keeping systems running and supporting teams, to building software solutions, making sense of data, and exploring what AI can do in a social services context.
I'm largely self-taught, and I've come to embrace the wide scope rather than fight it. Every new problem is a chance to learn something — and the best solutions often come from connecting dots across disciplines. The field moves fast, and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Outside of work, you'll find me tinkering with side projects, self-hosting tools, or picking up something new just for the fun of it. Same curiosity, fewer meetings.
At the end of the day, what drives me is simple: I want the technology I build to actually help — especially for the people doing the hardest, most meaningful work in our communities.
